Code of Conduct

1Behave in a dignified and courteous manner within the institution and show due respect to teachers, seniors and fellow students.

2Speak politely with empathy and respect towards patients and their attendants.

3Students should refrain from abusive language. Bullying, intimidation, harassment or misconduct towards staff or students will attract disciplinary action.

4Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and punishable as per regulations.

5Identity cards and aprons must be worn at all times inside the college and hospital premises.

6Only the prescribed institutional uniform should be worn. Uniform must always be clean and neatly pressed.
Dress Code
Boys: Neat haircut with a clean-shaven appearance.
Girls: Hair should be neatly tied. Flowers, noisy anklets and loose hair are not permitted.
- 7Students must actively participate in all academic, research and educational programmes organized by the institution.
- 8Attend lectures punctually. Entering or leaving the classroom during lectures is not permitted.
- 9Mobile phone usage shall be strictly regulated according to institutional policy.
- 10Institutional property should be used responsibly. Damage to furniture, walls or infrastructure is prohibited.
- 11Students should spend leisure time in the library, reading room or sports facilities.
- 12Minimum attendance as prescribed by the institution and university is mandatory to appear for examinations.
- 13Attendance for all internal assessment examinations is compulsory.
- 14Any malpractice during examinations including copying or use of electronic devices will invite strict disciplinary action.
- 15Leave should be obtained only with prior approval from the concerned authorities.
- 16Educational or recreational tours require prior permission from the college authorities.
- 17Students are discouraged from using personal vehicles. Two-wheelers are not permitted inside the campus.
- 18Grievances and suggestions should be communicated through the proper institutional channels.
- 19Possession or consumption of narcotics, tobacco or alcohol inside the campus is strictly prohibited.
- 20The college is not responsible for the conduct of students outside the institutional premises.
